hey simone for the computer if you will be doing anything with media (ie photos) and that kind of shit (i would assume so since they want you to buy a digital SLR spend the extra money and get a mac it will be worth it in the long run. it is way better than dell for that kind of stuff but anyways thats just my 2 cents!
